Pilot

Electra 02

Phlair's first DAC deployment in North America.

ABOUT

Enabling project partners around the globe

Canadian based project developer and partner Deep Sky will use our technology to operate our first DAC plant outside of Europe. The pilot will be hosted at Deep Sky Alpha, the world's first carbon removal innovation and commercialization center, in Canada. The objective of this joint pilot program with Deep Sky is to demonstrate that liquid-solvent DAC technology can operate effectively during winter, even in sub-zero temperatures.

Moving the needle

This plant will demonstrate the ability of our technology to be fully powered by fluctuating renewables.

01

Deployment as part of Deep Sky Alpha facility, the largest DAC & DOC hub in Canada

02

Delivering value to the project developer, who fully utilizes our technology on their own behalf.

03

Showcasing the robustness of our DAC process, running at sub-zero temperatures.

"We search the world for innovative, energy efficient and scalable DAC technologies, and the radical scale-up potential from PHLAIR fits the bill.

We’re pleased to add them to our Alpha test facility in Canada, collectively capture hundreds of tonnes of CO2, and working towards gigaton-scale carbon removal for our commercial customers.”
